What You’ll Get

• 12 training sessions (3 sessions per week)

Each week follows a simple and effective structure:
Day 1 — Stacking & Basic Press
Focus on building strong vertical alignment and foundational pressing strength.
Day 2 — Volume & Stability
Increase time upside down while developing shoulder stability and control.
Day 3 — Integration
Combine positioning and pressing strength into strict handstand push-up progressions.
