Agustin morales

Throughout his career, Agustin has work in high-performance environments, coached competitive athletes, and worked alongside ambitious professionals operating at the highest standards of discipline and performance across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Argentina.

In addition to his coaching background, Agustin brings extensive competitive experience, having competed in functional fitness events across multiple countries and performance settings. His firsthand exposure to high-level competition shaped his understanding of preparation, resilience, and intelligent programming under pressure.

Today, he integrates all of that experience to help individuals - not just competitive athletes - optimize movement, build durable strength, and improve long-term performance. His systems are designed for anyone who values structure, progression, and training with intention.

Laura namvar

Laura Namvar has spent nearly a decade immersed in the fitness industry — not only coaching at a high level, but competing at one.

In 2024, she qualified as an Individual CrossFit Semi-Final athlete, a milestone that reflects years of disciplined training, structured programming, and a deep understanding of performance. She has also competed in multiple HYROX races, challenging herself across both strength and endurance formats.

Laura has worked with clients both in person and online, from complete beginners to high-level performers, helping them build strength, improve body composition and develop a more informed, balanced relationship with food and training. 


Her approach to nutrition is rooted in clarity and application.

She does not believe in fads, extreme restriction or generic meal plans. Instead, she works with clients to understand how to fuel effectively for their specific goal; whether that is fat loss, body recomposition, performance or overall confidence and energy.

Her guidance is tailored, data-informed and grounded in real life. Calories and macronutrients are approached intelligently, lifestyle and stress are considered, and systems are built to be sustainable rather than exhausting.
